Canceling Subscription for Multiple Units

To cancel your GPS subscription, please call or text our Customer Service Department during business hours. Our hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST.

Make sure to contact us at least 48 hours before your next billing date to ensure your subscription is canceled before the next cycle and to avoid being charged for the following one.

Online Cancellation For Single Unit Accounts Only

If you have only one active unit on your account, you can cancel your subscription online without needing to call customer service. Simply follow these steps:

1. Visit brickhousesecurity.com/servicechange.
2. Follow the prompts to submit your cancellation request.
